I was very nervous walking! In and I felt like a new person walking out! Savannah was so kind .i met with Meg and right away I knew I was where I needed to be. She explained everything so that I could understand it. The facility is beautiful and so comforting. I know I’m in good hands. If I could give 10 stars I would! ❤️

This Med Spa is tucked away in the heart of downtown Willoughby. I was very impressed the moment I walked in the door - it’s so warm and inviting. The office staff is very friendly. Courtney administered my Dysport injections and did an absolutely amazing job. She listened to every concern I had and provided the most ideal treatment for me. Meg was also so sweet - she came in to introduce herself and was so thoughtful. I highly recommend Meg’s Med Spa. Well worth it!

This is not a typical “sign on the line and we’ll give you whatever you want” clinic. They take patient safety seriously.

A great first visit! A lovely spa in a a great location with its own parking. The ladies were so sweet and professional. Cortney was easy to talk to and answered all my questions.
